She was testing the waters with a lot of the top wrestlers but successful men are fairly good at identifying crazy women, so she needed to go for Phil who had money and enough issues of his own to not know you should never stick your dick in crazy. I doubt she expected her prey to leave WWE almost instantly after they got married though. The fact she kept wrestling for awhile after Phil left shows she would've liked to keep that going longer.
