I'm actually starting to appreciate 2005-2006 TNA for what it was. It's easy to get mad that Jeff vs Raven or Lynn vs X-Pac for using these guys to not build new stars, but 2005 might be Raven's best year and now knowing the history of Lynn and X-Pac it's a fun additional chapter to their story. They botched Monty Brown, seemingly on purpose, but knowing it goes nowhere relieves the frustration of what can be and just lets you enjoy what's there.
