There was no heel turn here. It shouldn't even be eligible for this list. It was a promoter changing the finish on a champion who didn't want to do the job. It wasn't an angle or a heel turn. Not to mention Vince was already becoming a heel in the minds of the fans before Montreal. Austin had already stunned him months prior, and the Austin/McMahon feud was on the slow burn. Vince didn't actually become a true heel until after WM 14, and that is a fact. Bruce Prichard is the only one speaking sense here.
