Why is he such an entitled whiny little bitch? AEW signed Jericho, Sting, Moxley and Danielson but none of them caused any backstage kiddie drama nor throw a baby tantrum like him despite being as big of superstars as him.

Jericho is considered as arguably the greatest of all time
Sting is considered the most over wrestler of all time
Moxley was already a main eventer for years in wwe with the shield and in NJPW
Danielson was a midcarder that got over shitty booking and became a top guy and Vince's old reliable

Punk is insecure because he never got his moment, he feels he still needs to prove himself for all of the years he was "screwed" by Vince McMahon and the booking community and WWE also rejected his attempt at a comeback, so he's desperate

Professionally. They don't like the idea of bigger stars coming in who aren't part of their circle. They don't want AEW to be known as the CM Punk promotion, they want AEW to be the elite promotion. Even if that means sabotaging the growth/future of the company.

Well for one, Punk was working babyface and Hangman went into business for himself by trying to turn the crowd against Punk and make him a heel. Not only that, but he tried doing so by bringing up real life personal drama and lobbing accusations of Punk getting someone fired from AEW. Then he tried to bury Punk on the mic as a shoot in the kill interest in a PPV and cost the company money kind of way and not in the generate hype and boost sales kind of way. And with Punk being the babyface and top guy in the company, hurting sales with him on top directly damages him. Then you got the faggot cuck brothers in the back leaking fake rumors to dirtsheets to try and further damage Punk's image, when again, he's supposed to be the face and top guy of the company, and doing this would hurt the bottom line of the company which hurts everyone in the company out of spite. Punk's a faggot but the least faggoty thing he's ever done was heem those two.

Phil is a known locker room cancer and backstage politician. Punk has a need to be the top guy and is known to suck up to promoters and backstab people in order to protect his spot. This behavior has occured in every fed Punk has been in whether it’s IWA Mid South to Ring of Honor to WWE to currently AEW. Gabe Sapolsky and Ian Rotten are notorious carnies yet Phil still managed to suck up to them to get in good. Tony is a money mark who wanted to be friends with the wrestlers and CM Punk is in the CM Punk business. Look at how he conducted himself in the scrum, he pretty much cut Tony’s balls in front of the media. Tony’s hand was forced in this situation.

At least in the case of Meltzer you're ignorant if you don't think Kenny and the Bucks are his main source. They have been since the NJPW days.

Jericho met the bucks and became friends with them in New Japan. Moxley knew the bucks from back in his indie days, he and Sami Callihan beat them in a WXW tag tournament. Moxley mentions the Elite guys positively in his book while Phil is only mentioned in passing
