>>7185496It's amazing how badly they fucked this up even when they knew all eyes were on them. All they had to do was turn the backstage brawl into an angle. I'm not even saying they needed to have Punk or the Elite even at the show. They just needed to use it to kickstart a storyline and have it play out throughout the episode. They had the milly in the palm of their hands at the start of the show and let it slip through the fingers by not having anything other than filler on the card after the trios title match.
I mean another tournament is not the way to go with the world title, and the entire thing is just rematches, they're even promoting the fact they're all rematches for some reason. If Tony really wanted a tournament then then entire show should have just been a 4 man tournament with finalists competing for the world title in the main event. Instead the main event is two lower midcarders with no personality fighting over a tertiary belt. Don't vacate the world championship over stupid bullshit like this and then use it to promote yet another pointless Dynamite "special" in two weeks time.
No milly next week and no milly ever again after this.
