During the tag match against FTR Moxley looked visibly annoyed being in there with Punk. I don’t get the impression that Moxley particularly likes Punk but he’s professional enough to keep quiet about it out of respect for Tony. I think he was softly shooting in his promos calling Punk out in his promos and it was his idea to squash Punk in Ohio, where he called punk a piece of shit during an in ring promo at Wrestling Revolver. Moxley is a big MMA fan and he trains in it as well so that match and it’s length was most likely a call back to Punk’s fight to Mickey Gall. He also didn’t blade for Punk either time, and shoulder checked Punk on the tope.
