Child murderer has fucked his aew run.

he's proven to be made out of paper, from 2 of the worst ways of injuring yourself (guard rail & suicide dive). 100% entirely his fault.

Booking-wise, he's #1 wrestler but there's no chance in hell he should get another title shot after these last 3 months. But he never lost them so how do you book around it?

Have him semi retire and say he proved what he needed to prove just by winning the title. Then make him a general manager/on-air personality and have him do 2-3 matches a year that are hot feuds.
