They need to wait at least 6 months imo, when the acclaimed win SIOG is gonna dissolve so that's another credible team gone (sadly or not depending on how much you like their chemistry vs how much you think heel Swerve will be based.) Imo, they need to big up LFI and have them challenge, then get screwed by Dragon Lee or something when they were clearly about to win, then probably give it to Buddy and Brody to try and re-launch them properly after Malakai got the depresso. Then you at least have another 2 teams that are pegged at championship level.

Lol, they were off tv for weeks at a time and stuck in random matches or singles most of the time, when the fuk were they even close to the forefront besides around their debut, and even then they were sharing screen time with a bunch of other teams.

They were on TV practically every other week in 2021 and beat basically everyone. It's only after like may that they stopped being featured super regularly in this year while they've been covered in belts and beating everyone. The only other tag team with nearly as much time as FTR even in 2022 is the young bucks, who have an astonishing roughly 50% winrate.

The booking for the match itself was trash, there was no heat prior to it, no story, no reason why they suddenly get a shot at the title. It seemed like a filler match where The acclaimed would job like usual.
It's just horrible booking all around
