I think the one most fucked is Ace Steel. Imagine if Nick has a broken orbital bone or worse, vision damage/loss.

Punk was going to be fired regardless, but this makes any potential legal case he brings basically moot. He got seriously injured twice up to a year, and then had a fight with the higher ups after publicly dressing down the entire company right next to the owner. Punk is not Antonio Brown, who at the least has natural talent, Punk is an old man who is angry that he can't live out his 2010's fantasy booking.

Phil should be fired. This isn't the first time he's caused issues in the back, and there has been a noticeable decrease in morale backstage since his arrival. Currently, TK doesn't want to fire him because he is a massive fan of Phil's work. The problem for TK is that pretty much the entire locker room wants him gone, including all his main eventers. Jericho and Moxley have had enough of Phil's shit and there is a lot of resentment backstage of all the damage Punk has done to AEW and the perceptions of the company.

The reality is, that Phil has underwhelmed as a top guy, with the company breaking a million on TV on episodes where he hasn't been on or in a limited/reduced role. The two weeks before All Out were the only times Phil has been in a million breaking episodes as a major focus - and the episode before AO he wasn't even advertised.

If Khan wants AEW to survive, he needs to fire Phil.
