AEW tried to push them but they kept fucking up and they weren't good enough to get over. They even put them in BTE and canceled their segments because they sucked.

Private Party is getting better but they're still not really on the level most of the tag teams are at. That said I wouldn't call them a lost cause. I think once Swerve backstabs Keith Lee and goes heel Private Party could make decent goons for him.

AEW never puts the tag belts on teams when their hot. I'd say, Best Friends will win belts then drop to private party who will drop to acclaimed who will drop to 2 randomly paired singles wrestlers who will drop to FTR if they are still with the company.
