Don't do moves you're incapable of doing in a safe manner. I've seen that dumbass Ospreay do a million topes and dumb shit, and he's maybe gotten hurt twice in his NJPW run.

The best tope is one that is a total sell out. Darby's is good. Dragon Lee is insane. Bushi does a great one that with his arms extended.

Not going as fast as possible makes it look like timidness and a fear of falling on your face. Which yes, that's likely to happen with the move which is why a good tope looks awesome.
