the pot wasnt even that strong, but it just altered how my brains fires. i had enough of it to smoke for a few days. if i just smoked a bunch for one day and then stopped it might be different.

i would conclude that the hard and fast rule is its ok to smoke pot once/twice every 3-6 months. but no more. and you probably shouldnt even do that much.
