>>7233849No one needs to be fired at all. Backstage fights and scuffles are guaranteed to happen in any promotion on earth because of the kind of people who become wrestlers to begin with, especially those who wrestle primarily out of passion.
>OmegaShould not have been touched. Didn’t do anything wrong outside of be there. Maybe a fine at most. He’s one of the actual pillars alongside Jericho, Mox, and MJF and could’ve been in the tournament for the world title. The company needs him right now
>BucksA suspension is right. A visual needs to be made that no one of any level in the company can get just get away with escalating an already tense issue. They are already EVPs, they already hold power over Punk. There are a million ways to handle that situation without it becoming physical. 30 days then book their return helping Omega who may or may not be world champion at that point.
>PunkThey bought a snake and are surprised that it did something of it’s nature. Fans have been waiting for that Pipebomb promo for a year and he finally delivered and now they are mad because he shot it on their faves instead of the McMahons.
A suspension is pointless since he’s injured and will be out for about 8 months. Unlike most, I don’t blame Punk for his 2nd injury since it comes from Mox failing to catch him. Either way, Punk in the world title scene for a 3rd time looks bad right now. Maybe I’d slot him in House of Black or something upon return. Rename it House of Punk and use his voice to help get the other members over
Either way the biggest fumbled ball was simply acting like it never happened and Benoit-ing each participant. The tournament wouldn’t have happened. Punk would’ve been stripped of the title, Tony would’ve gone the fuck out to the ring and HAND MJF the belt for having the casino chip and shake his hand furthering whatever partnership is being built between MJF and Tony. Then do a big celebration that gets interrupted by Darby by the end
