it was a worked botch to create drama for who's gonna challenge at mania, leading to the 4way

2000 and 2001 are the best rumble (PPVs)
which one is better, hard to say, they were quite different, each great in many ways

I can't remember the RR match, except the legendary Taka bump. kek. Everything else was awesome. It still felt dirty and chaotiic, but with just enough of a budget, at this point.
