Another thing that really hurts aew's presentation, very much in the same way that made wcw look so amateurish, is the overuse of remix this and ripoff that. So many people have a theme that gives off a blatant impression of "well we couldn't afford this piece of music, and we can't be arsed to create something original, so have this half assed job instead". It's ridiculous, but not as ridiculous as the presence of those horrible fl studio horns and flat kicks. Whoever is in charge of generic wrestler's music department has to get replaced by someone competent. It might be worse than some of the lesser CFO$ themes were (think NXT era).
I mean look, how hard could it be to get some struggling indie bandcamp artists to help you out? You don't even need a fully fleshed out song, just something with personality to it. Get some crust punk retards from massachusetts to wild out and boom, you have an extra exciting element to your show. You need something classy? The public domain has a litany of classical pieces open for use, especially things that come from the soviet union. If you really want to be the people's fed, then let the fans make your music, open a contest, whatever. It's not that hard.
Why can't they just do this?
