WBD has had some bad faith appointees from the infamous BCG (Boston Consultancy Group) since the merger. What BCG basically does is "consult" with companies to improve their bottom line, but in reality they just collect fat checks and run the company into the ground while their partners in the hedge funds short the stock into the ground. They've been doing this shit for years but got their hand caught in the cookie jar with the gamestop shit a few years ago.

yes. in theory there's usually a lengthy approval process before these types of mergers actually happen. but considering disney & microsoft have been buying things up left and right while google uses shell companies to side step those laws they're not that effective.

not that it matters anyway in this case (ironically speaking) since acquiring WB seems to be a kiss of death for any media company that buys them.
