Miyawaki's got great promise in the fire he shows, especially in his farewell match against Kaito. Okada, while lacking much of a tangible character, is really solid fundamentally. I'm glad he got the N-1 showing despite it ending in a catastrophical HEEM'ing.
Their young guys who have a footing, like Inamura and Kaito, are both fantastic. Inamura's going to be amazing once he gets to a point where he can have competitive matches with the bulk of the roster, and Kaito, needless to say, already has a real superstar aura around him.
I suppose you could count Kitamiya and Nakajima as "young guys," if you want to make a stretch. Nakajima's genuinely one of the best in the world right now, and while I think Kitamiya lacks a little 'something,' I can't quite place it, which I think is a compliment.
Rant over, I think. I'm far from as read up on or familiar with the newer part of NOAH's roster compared to NJPW.
