At that time Rock was being wasted away in midcard hell with billy gunn
While Triple Nose was starting his reign of terror
Now imagine if Rock recieved HHH’s title reign and Jericho got the rumble win instead
Fans would have reacted far more & it would have done a lot more for the future of the company going forward
