I wouldn't say he's the best because Don Callis was there, but yeah, he does everything you would want from him without stealing the spotlight from his wrestlers. I think he's the perfect of example that all managers don't need Heyman tier promos to help their wrestlers to get over

He also doesn't have to give long fucking promos or explain bullshit or interfere every single fucking time like other people do which is what makes most managers suck nowadays. He only adds what's needed and knows how to stay in the background when he's not. During their entrance he is goofy but doesn't kill their vibe because he comes out later and mostly stays in the back. He's really good at what he does.
