I love Randy Savage's character work and promos. But the vast majority of his matches suck.
He's obsessed with putting his opponents over, empty and long-winded in-ring "storytelling", being safe, and having a restricted moveset. His matches are usually him getting his ass kicked, being cowardly or overly vicious, and generally minimal actual wrestling on his part.

Kane is the easy pic. It's actually ridiculous how much he could coast just based on a cool mask and six months of strong booking when you consider that he can't wrestle or talk and without the mask he looks like shit.

Also most of the earlier workrate guys. Ricky Steamboat, Dean Malenko and Jerry Lynn are all boring and the matches don't stand time. Flair is a good promo but his matches are also generally boring as fuck and it's the same match every time.
