A bunch of people left, people like Tsukushi retired and half the roster has been out with injuries or other situations. I have a really hard time justifying watching it anymore.

They also have one of the most expensive and confusing VOD set-ups ever that requires people to buy PPV's on different niconico channels and youtube.

This is the correct answer. They were poised for a breakout year where they were going to run Korakuen Hall every month and were doing good crowds across the board. COVID stalled their momentum and then a bunch left/retired/went on hiatus

I think with no pandemic they would have been getting close to being the level of Stardom before Bushiroad purchased them. Getting 700-800 in Korakuen Hall every month with the odd bigger show doing >1000. Sad to think what could have been.
