del rio was good you worthless simp. the problem was the booking at the time which was so awful it ruined Punk's white hot run. When you can fuck something organic like that up, you know the roster's in for a rough time. Kofi's was the worst one in recent memory. Roman is up there too.

I think Kofi's big problem was that he won the rumble, feuded for months until wrestlemania, and then retained the championship. It would've been easier to have the rumble match be for the title itself so that there's a huge surprise as they put the strap on him, then let him job to a heel at wrestlemania. Going from 0 to 10 and expecting a jobber to carry the main-event for months is crazy.
