>>7325871to be fair. those guys wouldn't have gotten paid if they took time off to deal with their shit. they handled it like adults and funk was well known to be a pretty hardcore drunk during his career, if they had of paid him to essentially have some time off im sure he would have done it, not because he needed to but just to make some money while relaxing like a true carnie. its a different kind of man than exists today and besides funk was raised on a texas farm in a wrestling family, he was fucking nuts but thats what made him awesome.
