He obviously stopped the bleeding in WCW. Ratings were spiralling downwards in summer 99 and his first stint there saw them steady and trend slightly up. Ratings them spiralled downwards again when he was forced out and he stabilised them during his next six month stint. But somehow he killed WCW because during the last 18 months of the company, he wrote the only nine months of television where ratings weren’t collapsing lol
