after 3 weeks of steady millies, I think is fair to say someone of these two was the reason for the ratings slump that was killing the company
who is to blame, CM Punk or the Elite?

The Elite actively lost viewers in every segment they were in. Omega's big comeback lost 200k which put them under the milly that week.
