Iyo was bent over and ready to go but shotzi was barely holding on to her by the hair so iyo could feel shotzi "throwing" her. You're supposed to grab the person by the back of the neck with your hands laid over top of one another if you're going to shit can someone. They were also too close to the ropes for it to look good anyway. Iyo takes a few steps towards the middle of the ring to give shotzi enough room so she can safely throw her out.
It might sound like I'm meming but this is literally what you'll learn in any decent wrestling school. This is the stuff that separates shitters from workers. Anyone can just off top ropes and do a bunch of flips, but actual skilled workers make everything look smooth and real.
