It's a cheap way for geeks to make their matches look more 'epic'. HBK and Undertaker were the only ones who can pull that off.

Doing this too early in a match is what bothers me. If they've taken a finisher or are selling a body part that's been worked over then it makes sense but inside the first 15 minutes of a match it's stupid.
