His reaction to the spot developing was molasses tier and then he did a weak clothesline because he thought fish would just lay on the ropes for 5 seconds. Hangman is just an indie/Japan shitter with zero awareness of what’s going on besides his planned out spots. He saw that fish had come off the the ropes a bit yet still did the same clothesline and then pushed him more after the fact, and then he probably blamed it on fish when it was his fault for working in slow motion.
