>>7395049OP here, I do agree Tony should be a little more strict but not in terms of contracts, more so in how talent behave within the company to prevent shit like the Punk/Elite scuffle. If someone wants to leave then go ahead, keeping someone employed against their will ends up making things worse for them, the people who actually do want to work there, and the company itself.
