TK could hire someone to coordinate indy dates with wrestlers.
Focus on areas where AEW doesn't have much of a touring presence.
Have promoters call the agent, and give a list of guys they have available for what dates. Only indie guys with potential, squash guys and good workers allowed. Or have a match with two AEW guys or an AEW guy vs Impact guy etc.
Coordinator can go through a list of talent available and dispatch them as needed. Where they live, what they need to work on, their drawing power in the market, etc.
Keep guys on their toes so they dont get rusty and can find some new material that can get over on TV when they get their next shot.
