His matches were good, but watching him go on TV and meltdown, even as a kid, was gross. HBK was the kind of pilled up boomer you'd see sleezing it up at a Motley Crue show. I'd take angry dad Bret over that anytime. But to answer OP the Jannetty was definitely Davey. No personality, decent matches, premature demise from drugs. At least Jannetty is still kickin.
