>>7411922>What part of an actual knee strike is slapping your striking leg with both hands?Yeah, that's fucking gay I'll grant you. I hate that shit too. But bringing this up and then talking about how "presentation" matters in the same fucking sentence makes zero fucking sense. The whole point of thigh slaps is to add to the "presentation", and make the impact seem artificially louder and more forceful than it actually is.
>An actual knee strike looks like what Mandy did. Run up, pump knee, bamNo it doesn't, you don't know what the fuck you're talking about. There is zero fucking force behind what she did, anyone with a brain or a modicum of martial arts experience can see that. All she's doing is casually lifting up her leg, and not with any real force or speed, and she's faking the "speed" and "impact" by running, or in her case lightly jogging. Omega does this shit too, but at least when he's doing it he's actually sprinting and he lifts his knee higher than his fucking belly button, so it looks almost convincing. Also Tatum Paxley or whoever the fuck that is has to basically do a half squat and lean forward (which looks goofy as fuck) because this "deadly" "dangerous looking" knee strike would hit her fucking stomach if she was standing normally. She also has the assist from Dunn, or whoever does NXT's cameras, cutting at the moment of impact so you can't really see it.
Meanwhile, Omega has his back foot firmly planted, fully rotates his hips and gets a full extension on his leg. He hits evil who is standing straight up square in the chin in the middle of him trying to hit his own move in a way that doesn't look excessively stupid or contrived.
I hate Omega's mannerisms and I'm not going to defend the goofy shit he does, but he is genuinely athletic and has some talent as a wrestler. The bogged wop with weird hobbit proportions you're simping for does not. Stick to reposting her IG content, don't try to pretend like she's a good wrestler.
