He was good at flips and a decent babyface for a masked guy. He could not put together or lead a match and was just a spot monkey. Decent matches with Mike Awesome, not better than Awesome-Tanaka, but other than that, unless he was in tags, he was just a spots guy. A less sloppy Sabu

Incredible Babyface, amazing look, and a great wrestler that knew how to work a crowd. Was pretty much the inspiration for a shit ton of wrestlers. His feuds with Terry Funk, Mr Gannosuke, & Kodo Fuyuki were amazing.

He was good but he wasn’t a draw. Onita always was. He would have been better without the mask actually since originally hayabusa wrestled without a mask but he was so handsome he was stealing onitas women so he got a mask gimmick and sent to mexico for a while. However wwf would’ve loved to sell his merch so who knows.

Basically, Fuyuki and his group got control of the promotion and replaced all FMW titles with World Entertainment Wrestling titles. And saying essentially "Pure heart wrestling sucks, so we're going forward with making our promotion Entertainment Wrestling". Complete with suits and all that.
