I forget which MLW episode it was, but Jimmy Havoc used to team up with Salina De La Renta as one of her enforcers, and she straight up buried him when he tried to cut one of those "I love blood & violence." promos around her. She laughed & implied that he was a bitch on his period, but he didn't really have a come back to that. She also clowned on Brian Pillman Jr. way back, she said that he was a little who doesn't know what he wants. At the time I didn't think anything of it. It wasn't until BPJ's promos against MJF that I finally realized that he's actually just shit in general and it was Salina who originally exposed him.
The main thing that Havoc has over the likes of Yooter & Garcia, is that he's actually a character who stays in character. He also had a cool look. Sure he looked liked a sissy bitch, but he looked like a sissy psycho bitch who is so crazy that he'd hurt himself just to beat you.
He's like an even more hardcore not safe for kids version of Lil Nigga Darby.
