WCCW - The Von Erich's died and killed the territory with their scandals and they refused to go national when they could have
Houston - Vince bought them out
Southwest - Famously lost their USA Network spot for blood on TV after being told not to do it
Los Angeles - Bad booking, bad wrestlers, relying too much on the past and there's just too much to do entertainment wise there
San Francisco - Died out in the early 80's
Portland - Hung on until around 89-91. Vince took Piper, who was their biggest star and they just couldn't compete
Stampede - Vince bought them, then didn't pay
Other Canadian Feds - Vince got all the good wrestlers in the Rougeau's territory and the other feds weren't that big of deals and didn't have the talent or the ability to compete
Detroit - Sheik killed it by never losing and never getting new talent over, and he got too old.
WWA - Crusher killed it by never losing and never putting new talent over, and he got too old.
