The truth is that a heel that will actually cause heat are very rare because of the wrestling fandom coping about being worked. The phrase of "x-pac heat" or "go-away heat" and even "real heat" are horrifically misused, as it only counts if you flat out stop watching. People don't want to admit that they can get worked into a shoot for the simplest heel actions, and would rather spook promoters into not taking chances
