New Japan loves Juice, they put him on the same level as Moxley when Moxley came in as the big WWE star. They pushed him pretty big until he cooled off (I blame Cody)
Yeah, he was treated as a jobber in the G1, it's true, but that might be exactly because he told them he's looking elsewhere. Nothing wrong with having people lose on their way out.

I think Juice did pretty well and don't know why people are so down on him. Just cause he didn't do flips and the crowd didn't know who he was didn't mean the match was good.

But at the same time, let's be reasonable and honest here. Juice could literally have the worst match of his career and he would still be signed because both Moxley and Regal and probably other guys in the company love the guy. Oh yeah, and he's husband to the women's champion. This was inevitable either ways.

You know who else Yujiro beat? David Finlay. If you think David Finlay didn't come out of the G1 as a star, you're wrong. And the dude just main evented the September 25th show and had the fans eating from the palm of his hand.

Either ways, as I said, you're getting the order the other way around. Juice is leaving and said as much, so he's putting other people over on his way out. That's how it should work.
