2. Mark booking that makes no sense. Just because WWE has shitty booking doesn't means it's OK for AEW to have it too. He should have stuck to the "sports-based promotion" concept and made AEW different than WWE. AEW is just the same entertainment-based show that WWE has every week.
3. Not Hiring non-wrestling people for jobs in the promotion. Tony needs to look outsides the wrestling world and bring in people trained for each specific job.
4. Signing too much talent and refusing to release others. He only has 3 hours of TV time plus YT. He only needs 60 wrestlers tops. AEW has almost as many as WWE now but WWE has far more hours of programing.
