Why was Joey Styles’ commentary in the Mike Awesome match so cringe? Why is he mad at Mike Awesome for leaving ECW when Paul was bouncing everyones checks and Mike Awesome had a family to support? As soon as you bounce a check you give someone permission to leave in my opinion.

What people don’t mention is how much pull Joey must have had to get away with the shit he was saying. I thought it was hilarious but how does Vince not fire his ass right after the show for going into business for himself and screwing up the match. I have literally never seen a commentator bury someone like that while a great match is taking place. JBL and Cole used to be faggots and do it but calmed down after a while.
