even get injured doing it just to make it look real. Trannies aren't actually women but they still go out there and take hormones and get a bunch of surgeries just to make themselves look like women. It's a work, but much like pro wrestling, the workers are the biggest marks of all and they regularly end up working themselves into a seething, sputtering shoot despite the fact they know better than anyone it's all fake.
