Aewtists, go ahead explain how holding guys indefinitely is a testament to your “workers rights” philosophy.
Even people at McDonald’s can quit at any time they want. I thought the independent contracts WWE use are “archaic”.

Wwe makes you sign a contract that they can arbitrarily release you from whenever they want, and often do so

AEW makes you sign a contract that both sides must adhere to. Even if you aren’t used in AEW you still get paid the length of your contract and can work other places
