Same reason he puts Daniel Garcia in the main event every month, because in EWR that would increase the overness rating and improve their stats.

I like Hangman but even I can say that he was only really getting warm at all towards the end of his run, he had kino matches but I'm hoping if they give it to him again he's upped his promo and putting together programmes game. Or at least keeps Kenny close for advice.

Hangman suffers from the same issue the Bucks do in that he has his head way too far up his ass and is refusing to listen to older guys who are trying to tell him how to reach his full potential as a main eventer. Unless Hangman gets a clue he's definitely going to be a failed ace.
