Because it's something that would be decided in the next round of negotiations. One possible scenario is that Turner offers him an increase for Rampage and a better timeslot in exchange for going live every week and having a higher expectation of ratings. Right now, they don't get enough for Rampage to justify doing another day of tapings every week.

Because it depends on rampage getting a second hour or Roh getting a show so that both can be filmed, it wouldn't be worth the cost to run 2 travelling wrestling shows broadcast live if 1 was only an hour long

no, turner runs when the show comes on, it could be at 1 am and he can make it live if he wants, but he knows no one wants to buy seperate tickets to watch the 3 dark tier squash matches and one semi-decent dynamite match he books on that show every time.
