I've devised a mathematical formula to determine who is dimes or not, it's the look/in ring/promo theorem. Basically, if you have one of these you're a midcarder, you have two you're world champion material and if you have all three you're a GOAT. Let me give out some examples

Guys that only had promos : Enzo, Mike Sanders, Honky Tonk Man
Guys that only had in ring : Dean Malenko, Billy Kidman, Chris Benoit
Guys that only had the look : Mason Ryan, Ryback, Nathan Jones, every steroid freak WWE tried pushing in the mid 2000s

Guys with promos and look : Hulk Hogan, Harley Race, The Rock, John Cena, Kevin Nash
Guys with in ring and look : Bret Hart, Sting, Drew McIntyre, Brock Lesnar
Guys with promo and in ring : Arn Arnderson, Steve Austin, Eddie Guerrero

Guys with in ring, promo and look : Ric Flair, Shawn Michaels, Kurt Angle, Chris Jericho
