I also never understood why AEW bringing in the FTW Championship essentially deleted the history of people who won it on the indies in the post-ECW years. Chris Chetti brought back the belt in the early 2000s (with Taz's blessing) and it changed hands to a few different guys before being retired again in like 2003. All of the history was on Wikipedia and other sites, but as soon as the FTW belt resurfaced in AEW, it was all deleted and retconned for some reason.
