For example this is a pic from when she was in Stardom when she was perceived more positively. Small beady eyes instead of big bold eyes, very thin lips with no softness to them, big nose instead of a small one, overly strong jaw etc. When you really look at her, she was objectively never attractive and very homely.
What really changed is because she was in her early twenties there she came across as having a tomboyish or girl next door kind of look and some people like that.
Now as a 26 year old that looks over 30 she's aged out of the attainable girl next door gimmick and so she comes across simply as she is with nothing clouding it, that being a very masculine looking chick.
