Wanted to say it in the other thread, but never at any time during his indie days was Punk considered a top worker. Guys like Danielson, Joe, AJ and Low Ki were all considered a level above him.
In ROH, he was Homicide tier. Good promo and character but a merely decent worker; the kind of wrestler who could have a great match if carried by a better worker or a gimmick stipulation, but was otherwise a three-star general.
