All jokes aside, they honestly can't. That doesn't mean they're going to die (look at TNA), but they need to accept that WWE will always be the big leagues, like how UFC is the big leagues of MMA. There's still Bellator and stuff, but nothing compares to the big leagues.
AEW seriously needs to get away from the 2011(?) TNA mindset of competing with WWE, and just do their own thing.

AEW has never directly tried to compete with WWE, it's always been the other way around.

Maybe if tk stopped listening to his shit-suckers and hired some writers/bookers, they might be able to.
As it stands, they have tons of talented wrestlers, too many, and nothing to do with them except put them in meaningless matches.
