Nah this is the Impact guy that got over in BOSJ with the Jamal audience. His gimmick is some sort of Trickster/Magician shit, he occasionally will fuck the mother of who he's feuding with.

He re-signed with Impact earlier this year after his great showing in BOSJ, but since then they booked him like shit. He immediately lost the X-Division belt and now does preshow tags with Chris Bey. It made zero sense, as he had all the momentum and even had New Japan guys saying they would come to Impact to face him for the title.
