If Kenny isn't able to do dates while this is going on with other promotions then that precludes NJPW and WK too. Kenny was obviously slated to face Ospreay at WK.

Even if the situation got sorted before Jan 4th, it still stops that match from happening because you need buildup, and I'm willing to bet that most of the buildup for it was scheduled to take place in AEW rather than NJPW.
